Applewood Golf Course is described on the Hidden Fairways web site as “The Best Kept Secret in Augusta, Georgia”. With a Championship Golf Course, a fully stocked Pro-Shop, a commercial kitchen, a driving range, and a practice green, our facility can meet your every golfing need. Some people say they like us because we’re a great value and others say the fairways are the best in Augusta (well, second best anyways). But they keep coming back because Applewood is always well maintained, the layout is forgiving yet challenging, and the staff is as friendly as you can find.
The golf course is located just a few miles south of Augusta, Georgia... home of Augusta National Golf Course, the host of The Masters... and is built into an old apple orchard. In the spring, if you time your visit just right, you can stand on the tee box and smell the apple blossoms wafting in the breeze. Or if you’re coming in April, you might get to see the Azaleas and Dogwoods in full bloom. Whenever you visit, you will always find Applewood Golf Course in great shape and our friendly staff eager to serve you.
